My name is Kasau
To: Yad L’Ami
My name is Kasau, a 30-year-old resident of the city of Beit Shemesh. A few years ago I made a decision to study education at David Yellin College, as education is the most important way to pass on values and it provides equal opportunities for success within Israeli society and aids the Ethiopian community.
After I started the school year, COVID came into our lives bringing with it financial uncertainty. Yad L’Ami stood with me and graciously provided me with a scholarship grant. It inspired me and gave me peace of mind enabling me to continue my studies. Today I am a third-year student; this is the second year that Yad L’Ami has assisted me. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your work and your promotion of higher education. Thanks to you, I and many other students are able to invest more in our studies and strive for higher achievements.
